Medical Law Center is the first company in Ukraine, providing legal, consulting, and other services in the fields of Medicine and Pharmacy.

Medical Law Center offers all possible legal services for support of all kinds of medical establishments and their economic activity.

Medical Law Center engages highly professional lawyers, consultants and experts from the Ministry of Healthcare of Ukraine and other state bodies. Its employees are deeply involved in a law-making activity; they are members of working groups of core ministries and administrations, the Verkhovna Rada (Parliament of Ukraine) committees, engaged in development of the most urgent current normative acts, regulating medical practice and pharmaceutical activity.

Nowadays Medical Law Center has the vastest experience in Ukraine in so-called “medical suits” either civil or criminal ones. Center rapidly extends its international presence. Sergii V. Antonov, the director and the founder, is the first and the only official representative of Ukraine in the World Medical Law Association (WAML).

Among clients of Medical Law Center are medical and pharmaceutical companies well-known in Ukraine and abroad. The Ministry of Healthcare of Ukraine, the Presidential Administration and the Verkhovna Rada (Parliament of Ukraine) committees applied several times to consultations and resolutions.

During its activity the company managed to properly organize and arrange activity of a great number of business entities, engaged in medical practice. Legal documents developed by its specialists are now a standard not just for medical institutions of Ukraine but for some CIS countries.
